Shipping policy
At SOMA Fitness Depot our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which depending on their workload takes an additional 2 - 4 days. Note that orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 - 30 business days but can take longer from time to time. If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Â If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Please note that orders are unable to be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please allow for processing time of your order, usually 2 -Â 4 days, before receiving your confirmation email. If you haven't received your confirmation please check you're spam or junk folder.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
SOMA Fitness Depot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SOMA Fitness Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Â
